Marilyn is one of the foremost government relations and public affairs professionals in Arizona. A widely respected lobbyist at the Capitol, Marilyn approaches her work with the utmost grace and humility. She's proud to serve as the steward for all of her clients' issues and policy objectives.
GAELLE ESPOSITO
Gaelle is a leader on education policy, with a wealth of experience in advocacy, coalition building and electoral campaigns. She strives to tackle each problem with patience and good humor. Nothing is more important to her than being an effective voice for the causes that improve her community.
HUGO POLANCO
Hugo has an expansive portfolio in fundraising from Valley of the Sun nonprofits and political candidates, as well as organizations working to further progressive policies. As a Native Arizonan, Hugo knows the importance of developing a more progressive Grand Canyon State not just for current generations but for future generations to come. Hugo cannot fathom anything that excites him more than being a Creosote Partner, except maybe ending the drought of an NBA Championship for the Phoenix Suns.
NATALYA BROWN
Natalya is passionate, inquisitive, and aspires to make Arizona inclusive for all. She is excited to bring her altruistic nature to Creosote Partners and help clients achieve their visions for the future. Her favorite thing about making the move from Minnesota to Arizona is she now has an excuse to eat ice cream year-round.
JEANNE WOODBURY
Jeanne brings years of experience in Arizona politics and expertise with LGBTQ+ and reproductive rights to her work at Creosote Partners. With a background in advocacy on both sides of the political spectrum, one of her core beliefs has always been in the joy of spending time with people who disagree.
